Is there a minimum to order?
With our printing technologies you can order as few as ONE custom item and as many as 100,000.

What is your turn around time?
If you choose a style, color and size that we have in stock, and a DTG or vinyl decoration, your shirts will go into our printing queue and you may have them in 24 hours. If we need to order your shirts or use a special decorating technique, then it may take 2 to 10 days to complete the order. Be sure to let us know your deadline so we can provide your order in a timely manner. If you have a rush order, please contact your local store for more information on a delivery schedule.

Can I bring in my own shirts?
The short answer is yes you can though we can not guarantee wash fastness or that your item will be compatible to the type of customization that is best for your project.

Are you able to use my design and photos?
Absolutely! We ask that it is a high resolution or over 330dpi for the best results. We understand that some projects use vintage photos and we would be happy to use them but can not guarantee that they will be 100% clear.
